CRR Nordic Alliance

CRR Nordic Alliance is hosted by Oslo-based Aha! Factory AS. We arrange ORSC-training in the Nordic countries, currently in Oslo, Stockholm and Copenhagen.

In the Spring of 2007, Marita Fridjhon and Faith Fuller, prominent faculty for CTI (Coaches Training Institute) took back the management and operation of the ground breaking ORSC training courses in-house to CRR Global. The Organization and Relationship Systems Coach training program (ORSC) was originally developed by Faith and Marita in their organization CRR Global. Once established and credentialed by the ICF, the program was licensed to CTI to be delivered as part of CTI's coach training curriculum. The ORSC program under the management of CRR Global has gone from strength to strength and now is offered globally in 12 different countries outside of North America. CRR Global's ORSC coaching methodology is designed to enhance the coaching experience for both coach and client. Unlike traditional coaching, ORSC focuses on the relationship between individuals rather than on the individuals themselves. For ORSC’ers «the relationship is the client» and their mission is first and all to «reveal the system to itself».

Currently there are more than 2000 Relationship Systems Coaches trained in this methodology in over 32 countries.
